Luz Sedeño (24)

Luz Sedeño studied at the Higher School of Music of the Basque Country (Musikene) with Antony Pay, José Luis Estellés and Henri Bok and currently studies with Romain Guyot at the Haute École de Musique de Genève. She has appeared as a soloist with the St Petersburg State Academic Symphony Orchestra and the Paulavičius Youth Symphony Orchestra of St Petersburg, and has worked with ensembles including the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, L’Orchestre de Chambre de Genève, the Bilbao Symphony Orchestra, the Basque National Orchestra, the Orchestra of the City of Granada and Ensemble Contrechamps. Luz is a laureate of the Jacques Lancelot International Clarinet Competition (Second Prize) and the Mravinsky International Competition St Petersburg (First Prize) and has been awarded the prize of the Marescotti Foundation in Geneva.
