
Kingston Ho is currently a student of Cornelia Heard at Vanderbilt University where he is a Cornelius Vanderbilt Scholar and recipient of the Jean Keller Heard Prize. Previously, he studied with Victor Danchenko, Robert Lipsett, Philip Setzer and Duoming Ba. He has appeared as a concerto soloist with the New Jersey Youth Symphony Orchestra and the ISO Symphony at Lincoln Center. He was a member of the National Youth Orchestra of the USA, a recipient of a fellowship at the Aspen Music Festival and has participated in master-classes with Augustin Hadelich and Ida Kavafian, among others. Kingston is a laureate of the Vanderbilt University Concerto Competition (First Prize) and has reached the semi-finals of the Paganini Competition and the Johansen International Competition for Young String Players.
