
Gerbrich Meijer has performed with orchestras including the London Symphony Orchestra, Danish National Symphony Orchestra, Copenhagen Phil, European Union Youth Orchestra, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, North Netherlands Orchestra and Helsingborg Symphony Orchestra and is co-founder and clarinetist of the Cottage Ensemble. She was awarded the Keston Max Fellowship at the London Symphony Orchestra, won First Prize at the Prinses Christina Competition (2012) and reached the second round of the 2019 Carl Nielsen International Competition. Gerbrich studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music under John Kruse and is currently a student at the Colburn School in Los Angeles where her teacher is Yehuda Gilad. She is internationally active as a chamber musician, concerto soloist and orchestral player.
