
Ava Bahari began her education in Gothenburg before studying at the Oslo Music Academy’s Young Artist Programme with Terje Moe Hansen, taking private lessons with Per Enoksson and later enrolling at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler in Berlin where she continues her studies with Kolja Blacher. She has performed as a soloist with the Gothenburg and Malmö Symphony Orchestras, the Philharmonie Baden-Baden, the Orchestra della Teatro Carlo Felice and the Eisler Sinfonietta. Ava is a laureate of the Aurora Music Competition (First Prize), the Polar Star Prize (First Prize), the Paganini Competition (Third Prize) and the Tibor Varga International Violin Competition (Fourth Prize) and reached the second round of the 2019 Carl Nielsen International Competition. She has participated in master-classes with Leonidas Kavakos, Midori and Boris Kuschnir.
